We take a no-judgement, holistic approach to weight loss. It starts with a one-to-one consultation (in-person or on the phone), where we’ll get to know your health, lifestyle, and goals. If suitable, we offer Wegovy (semaglutide) - a prescription treatment proven to reduce appetite and help manage cravings.

Wegovy is designed for adults with either:

What is semaglutide (Wegovy)?
Semaglutide (brand name Wegovy) is a prescription medication proven to support weight loss by reducing appetite and controlling cravings. It’s suitable for adults with a BMI of 27+ with weight-related health conditions or a BMI of 30+. When combined with healthy lifestyle changes, semaglutide can help you achieve sustainable weight management results.

Wegovy works by mimicking a natural hormone in your body called GLP-1, which is released after you eat, telling your brain that your stomach is full. The active ingredient, semaglutide, helps reduce appetite, curb cravings, and slows down how quickly your stomach empties, so you stay feeling fuller for longer. It’s a gentle but powerful way to support weight loss alongside healthy habits.

Is Semaglutide (Wegovy) right for me? How do I get a prescription?
During your initial consultation Dr Mike will take a full medical history, explore any current health conditions which may affect your eligibility and discuss your current lifestyle and goals. Wegovy is not suitable for patients who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breast feeding. This treatment is also only available to those over the age of 18.

Wegovy is only prescribed as part of a personalised weight management plan, which may also include changes to your diet and activity levels. We’ll discuss this during your consultation to make sure it’s the right fit for you. We know starting treatment is a big step, so we’ve designed the service to give you time, space, and doctor-led support so that you can ask questions and feel fully informed.

How do I take it?

Remote prescribing semaglutide (Wegovy) / Self administered injections
Following an in-depth consultation with Dr Mike to check eligibility, your prescription will be sent directly to your home. Ongoing support is available via WhatsApp with weekly check-ins to keep you on track.​

​How much does it cost?

Our semaglutide plan starts at just £185 per month and includes a full consultation with Dr Mike with ongoing support and check-ins via WhatsApp. From motivational reminders to get your body moving and free resources on the importance of sleep and hydration, to managing any unwanted side effects - we're with you all the way.​

We also offer Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) weight loss injections, with plans starting from £235 per month.

What are the side effects of semaglutide (Wegovy)?
In addition to potentially losing up to 14.9% of your body weight and feeling healthier, fitter and happier, as with any medication, Wegovy weight loss medication can come with some side effects. For most people, these are mild, short-lived, and manageable, especially as your body adjusts in the first few weeks of treatment.
The most common side effects tend to affect the digestive system, including nausea, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or mild vomiting. Some people also notice headaches or tiredness, especially when stepping up the dose. These symptoms usually ease as your body settles into the treatment.
